All of our vinyl letters are made from high performance vinyl with special low initial tac adhesive to allow re positioning but yet still have excellent. Depending on your font type font size and letter spacing you might have to make other settings. To fix this go to spacing and set the letter spacing to 3 also set the size of the curving to 155 you get an arch text that matches with the first one.

The arch is different. The decal size will be measured in total height not height of the letter. Vinyl lettering includes lettering numbering or shapes that are individually cut out from a sheet of solid colored 2 mil vinyl and then pre spaced and placed onto pre masked transfer tape the number of transfer tape sheets used will depend on the size of your vinyl lettering and amount of colors used. Cricut design space will only allow you to curve individual lines of text so if your design has multiple lines of text each one will need to be separated into its own text block.

I generally recommend straight decals if for a top front windshield of vehicle.
